SHIPPING
Purchased items will be shipped via Canada Post, Chit Chats, or UPS within 3-5 business days. For Canadian customers, please allow 3-8 business days for your order to arrive after it has been made and shipped. For all other customers, please allow anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks for your order to arrive (depending on customs & distance). If you still have not received your purchase after these times, please send us an email. Buyer assumes any and all duties and customs costs for orders shipping outside of Canada and will be contacted in advance should additional charges need to be made. Cinder & Sage Designs is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments once it leaves our hands, however, please let us know if something has happened and we will do our best to make it right.
CALGARY LOCAL PICK UP
If you are located in Calgary & area and would prefer to pick up your order, you can select free local pick up at check out! The pick up location is in Inglewood (SE Calgary).
CALGARY COURIER DELIVERY
We use the courier company "Trexity" for a super quick, inexpensive courier option within the Calgary city-limits. You can select local courier delivery at check out if you live in Calgary. If you live in a condo, please provide your buzzer number. Please also add a phone number to your order so you can receive up to date updates as your package is on its way.
RETURN POLICY
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to exchange the product within 45 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit.
To make a return:
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of earrings for health reasons.
If you are in the Calgary area, exchanges can be done in person - please shoot us an email. To return a product via mail, please email us along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your item(s). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If your order was shipped or delivered to you, we cannot refund the original shipping/delivery cost you paid. Your exchange or credit total will not include your shipping/delivery charge.

Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.
COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Please email us if you have specific questions or would like to double check something. We are happy to provide more pictures or a video to show it's true color for you.
